ENGLISH VERSION
Could you briefly introduce yourself?
I was born and raised in Shanghai. I am 16 years old. I study in Shanghai at the FunDan International School, so I get to know a lot of people from different countries.
What three words would you use to describe yourself?
nice, kind, and cool!
What are your hobbies?
I like skating and boxing.
What's your MBTI?
INFP-T
What role do you think you play in your community/school/social circle?
A collaborator or idea provider.
What are some social issues that you're looking to solve?
Women's rights are some of the social issues that I do care a lot about. Another issue that concerns me is the presence of many 'saturated' markets (the market couldn't come up with something new). For instance, some markets stop developing at some point because they are already in a saturated state.
Why did you join the Storytellers?
Even in the beginning when we were still brainstorming new ideas for this project, I felt really interested in it already. Additionally, I feel that this project would actually help people. We don't see a lot of social media contents that discuss bias and cultural misunderstanding, so I'm excited to contribute to this project and make an imapact.
How will you describe the Storytellers to others?
I would say that it's a platform that can provide useful ideas and advice because we share stories based on people's real experiences.
What are your personal goals for your participation in the Stroytellers?
My personal goal is just to speak more, participate more, and provide lots of ideas. I hope that all of us contribute equally to the project, which means that I have to constantly participate and not let my teammates do all the work (obviously lol).
What would make you consider the Storytellers as being successful?
I would consider the Storytellers as being successful if people really gain help, hope, or just any positive thoughts from us. We hope to encourage others by posting stories of different people from around the world, and we're all working hard towards this goal, so I think we probably have succeeded already.
